The heart behind the table.

Tilly is the baker and founder behind At Tilly’s Table, a small-batch bakery rooted in love, faith, and the power of gathering. She’s been baking for as long as she can remember, but in 2020, she began taking her craft seriously—honing her skills, especially in sourdough, and dreaming of a table big enough to welcome others in. In 2024, that dream became a reality with the launch of her business.

Based in New York, Tilly specializes in naturally leavened sourdough breads, handmade cookies, and more—all made with simple ingredients, time, and care. She is a Registered Home Processor under the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets, baking everything fresh from her home kitchen in Westchester. Her inspiration comes from the dining table she grew up around—a sacred space where her family laughed, shared stories, and stayed long after the food was gone. It’s that feeling she hopes to pass on through every bake.
